ments of witnesses before the onquiry was held, and after
the enquiry, although their roporters mero presont and
heard all that was unid, publishing inucourate and entirely
one-sided reports of the proceedinrs.
In all Western Countries such conduct on the part of
newspaper aditore would moet with severo punishemt,
and, as I understand the Fress Regulations recently issued
